LADIS has gained a deep insight and an enormous expertise in Court mangement systems through a multitude of projects that it had implemented. LADIS has undertaken projects to introduce ICT in the three high courts of Egypt, i.e., the Court of Cassation, the High Constitutional Court, and the State Counsil. Beside Cairo appeal court, and first instant courts. The projects aimed at introducing an integrated case management system in each of the courts with the aim to provide quality, speedy services to litigants and the public, eliminate manual manipulation of documents, speed up the selecting and publishing of new principles, and ease the job on judges and court staff. The information systems implemented in these courts covered:
Case initiation, tracking and management
One-stop-shop front office for the public and for lawyers
Electronic archiving of case files in close integration with the case management application
Creation of a searchable judgments archive
Supporting the compilation of new principles as established by higher courts
Court on the web
The object-oriented technology used in developing the applications has made them flexible and easy to amend to meet varying requirements.
The case tracking application was implemented in the High Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
