LADIS adopts a rigorous
methodology for identifying the total requirements of an
enterprise/organization. The methodology covers the entire project cycle - from
strategic planning through the monitoring of a system in production.
LADIS starts by
analyzing the business processes and activities in order to
assess their adequacy to achieve business objectives and to
identify strengths/weaknesses. The analysis also reveals the
data/information needs for each process/activity. Accordingly,
the information technology projects needed are defined and
executed, with LADIS playing the general
contractor's role with responsibility for :
-
The analysis and design of information systems.
-
Drawing the specifications for computers,
networks and systems software.
-
Developing Applications software.
-
Assisting in procurement, installation and
commissioning of computers & networks.
-
Assisting in data entry and conversion.
-
Deployment of the information systems.
-
Maintenance and up-keep of information and
application systems.
-
Training the client's staff on the use and
up-keep of the information systems.
LADIS is also willing to assist in the operations of the new
systems after delivery.
